One day more

This is our final day before the returning staff come back.

The Superintendent of Schools and the all the really important people came today. I was surprised at how big our schools are. There are 3 schools under the same name: 2 in Shanghai and then mine. HIS is kinda its own identity and on it's own. There are more than 5,000 students with over 200 nationalities. The schools also have school in Jakarta and Capetown. Pretty awesome.

So we had meeting with everyone and then we went off to lunch at Green Tea. It's near the West Lake, but up in the tea fields. It was gorgeous.

Green Tea was an old fashioned looking place, family style food and oh soooo good. I love when the food just keeps coming.

Yup, it was on fire.
These were shrimp skewers that were cooked on the table. We were all crammed in there. The best part was the desert. It was a loaf of bread with ice cream on top. Sounds gross, but it's the most amazing thing in the world.
